Supply Chain Apprentice – UAE Nationals

About the role

Carrier is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Apprentice who is a UAE National to join its Dubai team. This apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience across procurement, logistics, planning and operations within a global leader in climate and energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day supply chain and operations activities.
• Assist with procurement, purchase order processing and supplier communication.
• Help manage inventory, stock levels and logistics coordination.
• Contribute to supply and demand planning and maintain accurate data.
• Support reporting, KPI analysis and process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or early‑career candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in a supply chain and operations career.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
