Supply Chain Lead - Ecommerce

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Supply Chain Lead to own end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations across our growing e‑commerce portfolio. The role will be central to maintaining operational reliability, protecting margins and delivering a consistent on‑time customer experience for every brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with all suppliers across the portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for communications and negotiations.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times and terms to protect brand margins and onboard new suppliers during acquisitions.
• Monitor logistics performance – delivery times, carrier reliability and cost per shipment – and identify opportunities to reduce shipping costs.
• Evaluate, select and onboard logistics partners as needed, tracking cost trends and reporting margin impact.
• Manage packaging suppliers, ensuring quality standards, cost efficiency and sourcing new solutions when required.
• Develop and continuously improve processes and systems that increase supply‑chain resilience.
