Supply Chain Network Design & Fulfilment Transformation Director

About the role
The Body Shop is seeking a Supply Chain Network Design & Fulfilment Transformation Director to join its Dubai hub. You will partner with the Operations Director to redesign and transform the end‑to‑end flow of goods, covering network footprint, distribution centre strategy, third‑party logistics and manufacturing flows.
Key responsibilities
- Identify efficiency improvements in the current operating model and define an optimal future state.
- Develop a clear, sequenced transformation roadmap, including phasing, sequencing and dependency mapping.
- Quantify benefits and build a robust business case for each initiative.
- Report directly to the Chief Technology and Transformation Officer.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Finance, IT and Franchise Partners.
Required profile
- 15+ years of supply‑chain leadership experience, preferably in beauty, FMCG or retail.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale transformation projects in the Middle East or Asia.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate design outputs into actionable plans.
