Supply Chain & Operations Consultant – Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

About the role

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a Consultant for its Supply Chain & Operations practice, focused on Emirati nationals. The role combines business development and service delivery across supply chain, sourcing, procurement, operational excellence, smart services, capital projects, and manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver supply chain and operations transformation projects for key accounts in industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Logistics, and Industrial.
• Perform performance improvement analysis and create executive presentations and detailed deliverables.
• Participate in business development activities and proposal creation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of progressive consulting experience or relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and solid consulting background, preferably from top‑tier consulting firms.

Required skills

• Knowledge of supply chain, sourcing & procurement, and operations.
• Advanced analytical skills.
