Supply Service Supervisor

About the role

The Supply Service Supervisor will support procurement services for international oilfield projects, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and coordination across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Track procurement requirements, understand customer needs and coordinate technical and commercial solutions.
• Collaborate with technical, supplier management, finance, logistics and overseas teams to guarantee smooth order processing.
• Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers to secure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor end‑to‑end order fulfillment, resolve delivery or operational issues, and maintain shipping documents and fulfillment trackers.
• Prepare regular status reports, flag project risks and delays, and support multiple procurement projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, contracting or project fulfillment, preferably on international projects.
• Experience with overseas procurement and logistics processes; Middle East project exposure is a plus.
• Good understanding of international trade terms, logistics costs, customs clearance and duties.
• Strong written and reading English skills for communication with global customers and logistics partners.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, problem‑solving and emergency‑response abilities.
