Surveyor - Aluminum/Facade

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Façade Surveyor to carry out precise on‑site measurements for aluminium and façade systems across our projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role supports design, engineering, production and installation teams by delivering accurate survey data that drives shop drawings, fabrication and installation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed surveys of aluminium façades, curtain walls, glazing, cladding, windows, doors, louvers and related systems.
• Verify site dimensions, levels, grids, openings and structural interfaces against approved drawings.
• Establish and maintain control points, benchmarks, datums and reference lines for façade installation.
• Identify and report discrepancies between as‑built conditions and design documents.
• Prepare survey reports, measurement records, sketches and mark‑up drawings for design and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants and other disciplines to resolve dimensional issues.
• Support setting‑out, alignment checks and as‑built documentation during installation.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level and Laser Level.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe working practices on site.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of surveying experience, preferably in aluminium façade, curtain‑wall or building‑envelope projects.
• Proven ability to work on high‑rise or large‑scale construction sites.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
