About the role
The Swedish Food Market & Bistro Assistant supports the daily operations of the Swedish Food Market at IKEA Dalma Mall, ensuring high service standards, proper merchandising, and inventory control while contributing to commercial growth.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Swedish Food Market activities in the Store Commercial Calendar.
- Prepare the market for opening each day and ensure articles are merchandised, labeled, and priced to IKEA standards.
- Conduct monthly stock takes and manage inventory control of all market articles.
- Complete operational checklists, follow guidelines, and execute action plans promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and support a positive shopping experience.
Required profile
- High School/Trade School graduate.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail business.
Required skills
- Strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
