Sales and Marketing Specialist with Digital Marketing

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Abu Dhabi focuses on driving property sales while managing digital marketing initiatives. The specialist will generate leads, present property offerings, and close deals while ensuring a strong online presence for the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads, conduct client meetings, and close property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems, providing responsive service to owners and tenants.
• Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media and property listing platforms.
• Create and optimise online listings, coordinate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
• Track market trends, prepare sales and marketing reports, and support promotional events.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 + years of relevant experience, including sales management and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
