About the role
Nelcosoft is looking for a System Administrator to administer and maintain Linux servers in production and staging environments, work with DevOps and development teams, and keep the server infrastructure stable, secure and reliable.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Linux servers in production and staging environments
- Configure and support Nginx and Apache web servers
- Ensure stability and reliability of the server infrastructure
- Monitor systems and resolve incidents
- Implement backup and recovery procedures
- Automate routine server tasks with Bash scripting
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams
- Ensure server security and access control
Required skills
- Linux (Ubuntu / CentOS)
- Server administration
- Nginx / Apache
- Docker
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Monitoring, backup and recovery
- Bash
