About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on technical leader to own architecture, shape the technology roadmap and lead a cross‑functional team covering software, AI/ML and data engineering. The role involves taking solutions from design through production while collaborating with senior leadership and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable platforms that meet business requirements.
- Lead a team of engineers across software development, AI/ML, and data pipelines.
- Engage with senior leadership and clients for technical scoping, pre‑sales and solution delivery.
Required profile
- 8–10+ years of software engineering and systems architecture experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Proven delivery of production AI/ML systems, data pipelines and cloud platforms.
