Tagalog Speaking Commis 2 for Cloud Kitchen

About the role

The client, a well‑established restaurant group in Dubai, is expanding its cloud kitchen operations and seeks Tagalog‑speaking Commis II staff to support its award‑winning western cuisine restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve continental dishes while maintaining high quality and presentation standards under senior chef guidance.
• Monitor stock movement, place orders for your section and assist with food cost control.
• Carry out daily procedures such as temperature checks, food labeling, storage and hygiene compliance.
• Support acceptance, storage of deliveries and adhere to company hygiene and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional culinary experience, preferably as a Commis II or III in a fine‑dining setting.
• Ability to work under pressure in a heated environment and communicate in English at a reasonable level.
• Ambitious, willing to learn and develop within the kitchen team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of continental sauces, techniques and ingredients.
• Understanding of menu planning, stock control and basic fire safety procedures.
