Tagalog Speaking Demi Chef De Partie for Cloud Kitchen

About the role

The client is a well‑established restaurant group in Dubai expanding its cloud kitchen operations. They are looking for Tagalog‑speaking Demi Chef de Partie candidates with solid experience in Continental cuisine to support their award‑winning restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and stock work stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service – chopping vegetables, butchering meat, making sauces.
• Cook menu items in coordination with the kitchen team.
• Follow instructions from the executive or sous chef and ensure timely, high‑quality output.
• Maintain station cleanliness, manage leftovers, and stock inventory appropriately.
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, restaurant cook or prep cook in a Continental‑cuisine environment.
• Basic communication skills in English to coordinate with team members.

Required skills

• Food preparation techniques (vegetable chopping, meat butchering, sauce making).
• Knowledge of Continental sauces, ingredients and cooking methods.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
