Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

Bloom Education is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its schools and head office in the UAE. The role can be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and focuses on attracting high‑quality educators and support staff while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising vacancies to extending offers and completing contract paperwork.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design sourcing strategies for education‑specific roles.
• Source, screen and present qualified candidates using a variety of tools and techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely preparation of contract offers and ensure seamless communication with candidates.
• Build talent pipelines and nurture relationships through proactive market research and outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate job fairs, conferences and other events to promote Bloom Education as an employer of choice.
• Provide guidance on recruitment processes, monitor their effectiveness and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
