Talent Acquisition & Agent Success Manager

About the role

Mountain Gate Realty, a leading Dubai real-estate brokerage, is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Agent Success Manager to drive the recruitment, onboarding and retention of top-performing real-estate agents. The role blends talent scouting with coaching to build a high-performing sales team that fuels the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Headhunt and recruit experienced real-estate brokers and high-potential sales graduates across Dubai.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates and manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews, present the company’s value proposition and negotiate offers.
• Design and deliver onboarding programmes, hold weekly one-to-one coaching sessions during the first 90 days, and help agents set business plans and activity targets.
• Identify early performance challenges, provide practical solutions and coordinate support from management, marketing and administration.
• Monitor agent productivity, engagement and satisfaction, and develop initiatives to improve retention.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding, create recruitment campaigns and represent the firm at networking events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai real-estate recruitment, sales management or brokerage leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real-estate market and proven success in recruiting experienced agents.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
