About the role
A motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Assistant is needed to support the recruitment team of a company based in Al Garhoud, Dubai. The role involves assisting the end‑to‑end recruitment process for blue‑collar and grey‑collar positions.
Key responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and help shortlist suitable applicants.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain recruitment databases, documentation and candidate records.
- Support recruitment activities specifically for blue‑collar and grey‑collar roles.
Required profile
- Good communication and coordination skills with a positive attitude.
- Genuine interest in talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Own a valid UAE visa (mandatory).
- Mid‑level experience as indicated by the career level.
