About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & Attraction Specialist to join a fast‑paced multinational organisation in Dubai’s transport and distribution sector. You will be responsible for shaping the company’s hiring strategy and ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and advise on market trends.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilise recruitment platforms and tools to attract high‑calibre candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on performance.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai employment laws and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition within transport, distribution or similar industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting hiring targets.
• Familiarity with UAE employment regulations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms and sourcing techniques.
