Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. This is a flexible, commission‑only position that lets you leverage your professional network to introduce Flowmingo to HR and recruiting decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo’s platform to HR, recruiting, and hiring leaders in your network.
• Facilitate conversations that help prospects understand how the solution fits their hiring workflow.
• Gather and relay feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful referral and onboarding, including bonuses for bringing your own company on board.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed hours or quotas.
