About the role

Join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. You will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network, earning commissions for successful referrals.

Key responsibilities

  • Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
  • Facilitate connections and help new users understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
  • Provide feedback to improve the product based on user insights.
  • Earn commissions for each successful client referral, including bonuses for onboarding your own company.

Required profile

  • HR professional, recruiter, or consultant with an active network.
  • Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
  • Comfortable working on a flexible, commission‑only schedule.
