Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Arabic Speaker) – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Join Seddiqi Holding’s award‑winning talent acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. You will support recruitment across multiple business functions, manage the ATS, and leverage AI tools to enhance the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels and maintain talent pools for key roles.
• Prepare and post job ads, coordinate assessments, screening calls and pre‑employment checks.
• Conduct initial screenings, present shortlists to the Lead and schedule interviews across time zones.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data accuracy and tracking candidate progress.
• Utilise AI‑driven sourcing, market mapping and automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Generate recruitment reports and dashboards with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Researcher or similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Copilot, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for sourcing and market research.
