Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for 7 Management’s operational venues across the Middle East and Europe. You will ensure a smooth, professional hiring experience while building a strong pipeline of talent for current and future needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned vacancies, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking and recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate with approved staffing agencies to fulfil casual and temporary staffing requirements, especially during peak periods, events and pre‑opening phases.
• Partner with hiring managers, GMs, AGMs and department heads to understand hiring needs, schedule interviews and close vacancies efficiently.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience that reflects the company’s employer brand.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and produce regular recruitment reports.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment legislation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in a fast‑paced hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for both permanent and casual roles.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reporting.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and compliance.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
