About the role
Join L’Oréal’s Talent Acquisition team in Dubai for a 9‑12 month graduate program. You will support the recruitment process, candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and build talent pipelines.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth onboarding journey for candidates.
- Support youth campus initiatives and local recruitment events.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (final year or less than 2 years since graduation).
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility from day one and work in a diverse environment.
Required skills
- Active listening to understand candidate aspirations.
- Project management to coordinate campus events.
- Data analytics to track recruitment KPIs.
