Talent Acquisition Manager – Build & Lead Recruitment Engine

About the role

Handle, a Dubai‑based execution advisory house, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to design and run the engine behind its people strategy. Reporting directly to the Partners, you will own both permanent hiring for the core team and the development of a flexible network of associate professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑career professionals in consulting, finance, financial modelling and M&A.
• Build and manage a pool of freelance consultants and subject‑matter experts across sectors such as manufacturing, infrastructure, AI, healthcare, supply chain, renewable energy and food security.
• Allocate roughly 50 % of time to permanent hiring and 50 % to developing the flexible associate network.
• Support client recruitment mandates, either by sourcing candidates directly or by coaching client‑side hiring teams.
• Design and maintain recruitment processes, tools and reporting to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for professional services (consulting, advisory, banking) in the UAE/GCC or similar markets.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness in sourcing hard‑to‑reach talent and building recruitment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of motivations and career paths of mid‑level consultants and analysts.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and an associate pool simultaneously without gaps.
• Outcome‑driven mindset measured by hires made and gaps filled.

Required skills

• Recruitment lifecycle management (sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation).
• Knowledge of UAE labour and visa regulations (can be learned).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
