Talent Acquisition Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Golden Bricks Dubai, a property investment firm. Based on‑site in Dubai, you will partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Collaborate with department heads to define workforce needs and craft accurate job descriptions.
• Maintain and grow candidate pipelines, schedule interviews and coordinate with external recruitment partners.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s market visibility.
• Track recruitment metrics and use data‑driven insights to refine hiring strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in real‑estate or related sectors.
• Proven ability to assess skills, cultural fit and potential.
• Experience in employer branding and stakeholder relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
• Eligibility to work on‑site in Dubai and manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using recruitment platforms and social‑media sourcing tools.
