Talent Acquisition Manager – Dubai (UAEN)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager (UAEN) will lead strategic recruitment initiatives and support the organization’s workforce objectives from Dubai. The role focuses on attracting, identifying, and securing top talent while aligning with Dubai Government HR practices and Emiratization goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic recruitment plans that meet organizational priorities.
• Ensure all hiring processes comply with Dubai Government HR policies and Emiratization initiatives.
• Attract, assess, and secure high‑quality candidates across all levels.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and handle confidential recruitment assignments.
• Monitor talent market trends and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Mandatory experience within a Dubai Government entity or a government‑related organization.
• Strong understanding of Emiratization initiatives and government recruitment practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
