Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment function for an organisation operating in the Education sector, ensuring the attraction and retention of high‑quality talent to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and provide recruitment guidance.
• Identify and utilise appropriate recruitment channels to reach top talent.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track, analyse and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.

Required profile

• Proven talent acquisition experience within the Education sector or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects and prioritize effectively.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment software.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
