About the role
We are a leading private real‑estate developer establishing an in‑house search team in Dubai. The Talent Acquisition Manager will design and execute senior‑level hiring strategies, moving away from external agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Start each mandate from a blank page, defining search scope and objectives.
- Map and analyse the market to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Identify and engage senior professionals who are not actively looking.
- Sell the opportunity, business vision, and value proposition to high‑earning candidates.
- Communicate confidently with executives and senior leaders throughout the process.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior‑level recruitment, preferably within established international consultancies.
- Demonstrated ability to operate credibly and articulate at executive level.
- Exposure to property, construction, or engineering sectors is advantageous.
