Talent Acquisition Manager (UAE National)

About the role

SERH Group is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment strategy, workforce planning and hiring delivery across the organisation. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and focuses on Emiratisation and UAE National talent attraction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
• Partner with hiring managers to set recruitment priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Support Emiratisation initiatives and UAE National talent attraction.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, hiring budgets and recruitment progress.
• Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Approximately 7-10 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing recruitment delivery, stakeholders and multiple vacancies.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and the UAE employment market.
• Experience supporting Emiratisation initiatives is an advantage.
