Talent Acquisition Partner – Corporate Services

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for specific business divisions within Al‑Futtaim Group. Working closely with business unit leaders and HR Business Partners, you will ensure that hiring plans are met with high‑quality local and global talent while adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support business units in manpower planning and scheduling.
• Contribute to the development of hiring plans for various brands to meet budgeted requirements.
• Interact with line managers to assess recruitment needs and provide sourcing solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – attract, source, select, and oversee offer management.
• Ensure each recruitment stage is completed within agreed timelines.
• Educate and support line managers with appropriate assessment tools.
• Provide market mapping data and talent pool insights to drive proactive hiring.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
