Talent Acquisition Partner (Fractional)

About the role

Empowrd AI is a fast‑scaling AI consultancy looking for a fractional Talent Acquisition Partner to design and implement a talent engine that attracts, selects and retains high‑performing people. This role is strategic, building the recruitment system that will eventually be run internally.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a full‑cycle talent acquisition process aligned with the company’s EVP.
• Attract, screen and retain candidates who match the entrepreneurial, high‑speed culture.
• Collaborate with founders and business development teams to align hiring with sales and growth priorities.
• Document the recruitment workflow and hand over a self‑sustaining system.
• Adapt priorities quickly as the startup pivots between sales, business development and marketing needs.

Required profile
