Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across Development & Design functions, attracting top talent in Architecture, Interior Design, Development and Construction Project Management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future talent needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, networking events, referrals and market‑mapping initiatives.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high‑caliber professionals in the built environment sector.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights, talent trends and hiring recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience within a real‑estate developer, construction company, engineering consultancy or architecture practice.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate Development and Construction Project Management disciplines.
• Experience hiring across junior, mid‑level and senior leadership positions.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities, managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of the UAE and GCC talent market.
