Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for Al‑Futtaim’s Corporate Services division in Dubai. You will work closely with business unit leaders and HR Business Partners to attract, assess and hire top talent that supports the company’s growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units and line managers to understand hiring needs and develop hiring plans.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, interviewing, offering and onboarding – using multiple channels such as job boards, social media and LinkedIn.
• Provide market mapping data and talent pool development to inform recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Al‑Futtaim recruitment policies, SLAs and local labour regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, preferably HR.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably in a large matrix organisation.
• Experience handling high‑volume or niche roles and managing multiple HR Business Partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Strong market‑mapping and talent‑pool development capabilities.
• Experience designing and facilitating assessment centres.
• Advanced interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
