Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Al-Futtaim Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for its Corporate Services division. You will work closely with business unit leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure the organisation attracts and hires the right talent in line with growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units and line managers to understand hiring needs and develop hiring plans.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – attract, source, select, and offer – using a variety of channels such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and headhunting.
• Provide market mapping data and talent pool development to support strategic hiring decisions.
• Facilitate assessment centres, open days and ensure candidates are fully reference‑checked before selection.
• Maintain recruitment SLAs, ensure compliance with Al‑Futtaim recruitment policy and local labour regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any professional field, preferably HR or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably in a large matrix organisation.
• Experience with high‑volume or niche role recruitment and stakeholder management.
