Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support rapid growth by managing end‑to‑end recruitment activities for technical and IT profiles. The role is fully remote, offering autonomy to use modern sourcing tools and recruiting technologies while delivering a professional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, including interview coordination and offer presentation.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, professional networks, social platforms, technical communities and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines, converting passive prospects into active candidates.
• Conduct structured initial interviews to assess qualifications, technical background and communication skills.
• Coordinate hiring processes to ensure smooth progression through each stage.
• Support onboarding by managing documentation, equipment, and orientation schedules.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and maintain accurate candidate data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, talent acquisition and pipeline management.
• Experience recruiting for technology, IT or technical support roles is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success using modern recruiting platforms, ATS solutions and professional networks.
• Exceptional written and spoken English with strong interview and outreach abilities.
