Talent Acquisition & Screening Intern

About the role

Elchai Group is seeking a motivated intern to own the end‑to‑end recruitment flow for high‑volume hiring. You will work with hundreds of candidates per role, using automated tools to score and shortlist talent quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to delivering a ranked shortlist for every open position.
• Design and maintain a role‑specific scoring methodology that ties each score to concrete evidence from the candidate’s profile.
• Operate mass‑screening tools: bulk download candidates, upload them into a scoring system, and produce a ranked list within hours.
• Gather all technical context (e.g., governance architecture documentation) before each scoring exercise to ensure scores reflect true fit.
• Provide proactive updates and maintain visibility on borderline candidates, including those just below the entry threshold.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with high‑volume recruitment and applicant‑tracking or AI‑based screening platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into precise evaluation criteria.
• Strong proactivity: ask for missing information immediately and deliver complete work without repeated instructions.
• Clear, timely communication with hiring managers and decision‑makers.
