Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Emerging Markets

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its Global Emerging Markets (GEM) recruitment needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract top talent, build future talent pools, and position Boston Scientific as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop job descriptions and lead strategy meetings with hiring managers to define recruitment approaches.
• Source candidates using Boolean searches, professional networks, social media, referrals, and the internal CRM.
• Conduct interviews, assessing experience, education, skills, and competencies.
• Create and execute pipelines that increase candidate flow and diversify sources.
• Coach hiring managers and coordinate the selection process to ensure optimal hires.
• Prepare, extend, and negotiate competitive job offers.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of client‑facing recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Experience in the Life Sciences sector (medical devices or pharmaceuticals) is a plus.
• Familiarity with recruiting in emerging MENA and Eurasian markets.
• Proficiency in face‑to‑face and online competency‑based interviewing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks.
• Effective communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Knowledge of Russian, Turkish or Arabic is advantageous.
