Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR Generalist)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across all departments of YOOCHA MATCHA™, a fast‑growing matcha supplier serving over 500 cafés and specialty coffee shops in the GCC. The role is office‑based in Dubai Silicon Oasis and offers the chance to shape our talent pipeline for the long term.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple functions, from interns to managers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals such as Indeed, referrals, networking and social media.
• Screen resumes, shortlist profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Administer candidate assessments and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand real hiring needs and represent the company at industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Currently residing in the UAE and able to start immediately.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in using Indeed for candidate sourcing.
