About the role

Takween Aldar Real Estate is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the recruitment of high‑performing real estate agents, sales professionals and support staff. The role will be pivotal in building a strong talent pipeline to support the company’s rapid growth in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and recruit top‑performing real estate agents, sales professionals and support personnel.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate fit and performance potential.
• Design and implement creative hiring strategies to attract high‑caliber talent.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to meet aggressive growth targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within real estate or sales hiring.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Ability to identify high‑performers and assess cultural fit.
• Self‑motivated, organized and results‑driven.
• Experience hiring sales professionals is highly preferred.
