Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a seamless recruitment experience, building strong relationships with candidates, and supporting our hiring managers in attracting top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and other channels.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Keep accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the UAE.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
