About the role

LuxuryProperty.com is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its recruitment team in Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for sales, leasing and off‑plan professionals, helping the company attract top talent in the luxury real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
• Proactively identify and engage experienced real‑estate brokers, leasing agents and off‑plan advisors.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates across sales, leasing and support functions.
• Conduct screening calls, structured interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and industry networks to source passive talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the company’s system.
• Support recruitment events, open days and networking initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience within the UAE real‑estate sector.
• Strong network of property professionals and deep understanding of the Dubai market.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with hiring managers.
