About the role

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and shepherd candidates through hiring processes. The role partners with hiring managers to fill roles thoughtfully, focusing on candidate experience and quality of hire.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers to define what great looks like
• Screen candidates and present qualified shortlists
• Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback
• Maintain ATS hygiene and report on funnel health
• Champion candidate experience throughout the process

Required profile

• 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong interpersonal judgment and ability to handle sensitive information
• Clear written and verbal communication across cultures and seniority levels
• Bias toward action and structured problem‑solving
• Comfort working asynchronously across time zones
