Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing real‑estate team in Dubai. You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top real‑estate talent while helping build a high‑performing workforce that supports our continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and attract top real‑estate professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of agents, brokers, and industry professionals.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with department managers.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within Dubai’s real‑estate sector.
• Strong network of real‑estate brokers and industry professionals in Dubai.
• Proven sourcing, headhunting, and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
