Talent Acquisition Specialist – UK Hiring

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for UK‑based positions across the Group Holding Company. Based in Dubai, you will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, attract high‑quality candidates and ensure a smooth, positive experience for all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to craft and refine job descriptions.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, employee referrals and social media.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate technical and departmental interviews, maintain interview records and perform reference checks.
• Negotiate salary and employment terms within approved guidelines and prepare offer letters.
• Ensure candidates complete all pre‑employment documentation and onboarding formalities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably for multiple business functions.
• Strong ability to understand and translate business requirements into effective hiring strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, job portals and social media for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using recruitment agencies and employee referral programs.
