Enclave Real Estate is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its UK/EU hiring needs. You will work within a multinational team that values excellence, integrity and results‑driven recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates via hiring platforms, networking and headhunting.
• Screen, interview and shortlist applicants.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and accurate recruitment records.
• Support onboarding processes and prepare hiring documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment or sales experience in the real‑estate sector.
• Hands‑on experience with hiring platforms and headhunting techniques.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
