Tax Consultant – Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Tax Consultant to join our growing tax and auditing firm in Dubai. You will support corporate tax and transfer pricing engagements, handling compliance, documentation and advisory tasks under senior management guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare UAE corporate tax computations, file returns via the EmaraTax portal and manage registrations, amendments and deregistrations.
• Develop transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local File), conduct FAR analyses and benchmark studies, and ensure alignment with UAE and OECD guidelines.
• Assist with FTA queries, audit responses, penalty waivers and coordinate client information to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• CA, ACCA, CMA or a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years of UAE experience in corporate tax, transfer pricing or tax advisory.
• Strong analytical, research and report‑writing abilities with good English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the EmaraTax system for tax return preparation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
