Tax Consultant

About the role

RadiantBiz Management Consultancy is seeking a full‑time Tax Consultant to work on‑site in Dubai. You will advise a diverse client base on UAE tax regulations, prepare and review tax returns, and ensure full compliance with corporate, VAT and other tax obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth tax research and stay up‑to‑date with regulatory changes.
• Prepare, review and file corporate tax, VAT and other tax returns for clients.
• Support clients during tax audits and liaise with tax authorities.
• Identify tax‑saving opportunities and develop tailored tax strategies.
• Produce clear documentation, reports and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with banking and finance partners to align tax advice with commercial financing solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, CA, CTA) are a plus.
• Proven experience in UAE taxation, VAT and corporate tax environments, preferably within consulting or professional services.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
