Teaching Assistant – Early Years Nursery (Sharjah)

About the role
Derby Nursery by Dibber is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support early years education in Sharjah. You will work alongside qualified teachers to create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for young children.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering daily classroom activities and routines.
- Foster children’s curiosity, confidence and independence through interaction.
- Support the social, emotional and cognitive development of each child.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and staff.
- Help maintain a happy and inspiring nursery atmosphere.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for working with young children.
- Caring, patient and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferably residing in Sharjah.
