Team Lead AC Technician – Home Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead AC Technician to manage our residential and luxury‑villa AC maintenance team in Dubai. The role combines hands‑on technical work with leadership, client communication, and coordination of daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise AC technicians and helpers on daily jobs, ensuring quality and safety.
• Conduct site inspections, diagnose problems, and perform or oversee servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Handle split AC, ducted AC, FCU, and chiller‑related systems, including refrigerant charging and gas‑leak detection.
• Supervise duct cleaning and coil cleaning, prepare material and spare‑parts lists, and coordinate schedules with the Project/Admin team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of AC/HVAC experience in UAE home maintenance, preferably in residential and luxury‑villa projects.
• Previous experience as a senior technician, team leader or AC supervisor with a valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong troubleshooting, hands‑on technical skills and the ability to lead a team independently.
• Good communication and client‑handling abilities; familiarity with Dubai residential communities is a plus.
