Team Leader – Business Development (Forex/CFD)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Team Leader to head a high‑performing sales team in the fast‑moving Forex and CFD brokerage market. Based in our Dubai office, you will drive client acquisition, expand our Introducing Broker (IB) network, and contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Business Development Managers.
• Recruit, train and develop new sales professionals.
• Drive new client acquisition and expand the IB network.
• Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement.
• Develop regional sales strategies to increase market share.
• Collaborate with senior management on business expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry.
• Proven track record leading sales or business development teams.
• Strong existing client portfolio and extensive IB network.
• Demonstrated ability to generate net deposits and revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication and coaching abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic, English, Hindi or other languages is highly preferred.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Dubai.
