Team Leader Contracts Maintenance and Operations

About the role

The Team Leader for Contracts Maintenance and Operations will oversee the full tendering cycle, contract execution and post‑contract administration for ADNOC Group. Working closely with end‑users, the role ensures that services and assets are acquired on favourable terms, at optimal cost, and in compliance with legal and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise preparation of tender documents, evaluation procedures and contract award processes.
• Lead the development of clear Statements of Requirements and annual acquisition plans.
• Assess existing contractual practices, recommend improvements and mitigate risks.
• Manage contract variations, amendments, claims and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with users for pre‑tender activities, market probing and sourcing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and corporate policies throughout the contract lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract management, procurement or tendering within a large organization.
• Strong understanding of legal, commercial and technical aspects of contracts.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and liaise effectively with end‑users.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills.
