Team Leader Enterprise SME Sales

About the role

SamaSYNERGY is looking for an experienced B2B field sales leader to build and coach a team of 6‑7 enterprise sales executives selling e& Fixed and business GSM solutions to SMEs in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop 6–7 enterprise field sales executives selling e& Fixed and business GSM to SMEs.
• Own pipeline discipline and CRM‑driven cadence; enforce daily call activity, meeting logging, and forecasting.
• Coach reps in the field and on calls; model consultative, KYC‑clean selling and decision‑maker conversations.
• Manage telecaller‑fed pipeline and CRM tools; ensure quality lead distribution and rep follow‑up.
• Own assigned SME clusters; coordinate territory strategy, account coverage and growth opportunities.
• Report weekly on team pipeline, conversion, quota attainment, and market feedback to management.
• Build team cohesion, accountability and high standards; lift rep productivity, not just personal numbers.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of B2B/SME telecom or technology sales with at least 2 years leading UAE field teams.
• Proven coach who improves rep productivity through pipeline discipline, daily cadence, and skill coaching.
• CRM‑driven mindset with strong focus on structured daily cadence, forecasting, and activity logging.
• Background in e&/Etisalat channel and deep understanding of e& products and channel dynamics (strong advantage).
• Fluent English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
